Next we will establish a time that is mutually suitable for an initial appointment close to Beeston, either by phone or e-mail. The first session is for one hour and is more of a meeting than a counselling session where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about counselling and consider whether you feel we can work constructively together.  In this session we may consider what has brought you to counselling at this time and what you think you might like to explore in any ongoing work we embark upon. We may also consider whether you want to set a timeframe for the work or if you prefer to work on an open-ended basis.

Ongoing counselling sessions near Beeston

Provided we feel comfortable to move forward we will establish the day and time of your ongoing counselling sessions at the end of the initial meeting.  Your ongoing sessions will be on the same day and at the same time each week and will be for one hour.

All sessions are for one hour and cost £50 or £35 for students.
